"Kind of killed the anniversary mood"
We were really hoping for a sweet, special anniversary dinner, but the whole experience just felt off and left us disappointed. It definitely put a damper on the night.

"Reservation Turned Into a Headache"
I booked a reservation and thought everything was set, but then I just kept waiting for a confirmation that never came. I checked my email, refreshed a few times, even looked in spam, but nothing showed up. What should’ve been a simple booking ended up feeling like a guessing game, and it was frustrating not knowing if I actually had a reservation or not.

To be fair, the river views were really nice, and the boat was clean and comfortable enough. I did enjoy that part of it, but the cruise overall felt a bit rushed and not as organized as I was hoping.
The food was just okay and could’ve been hotter, and the service was slow even though the staff seemed friendly. For what it cost, I expected a better experience. It wasn’t awful, but I probably wouldn’t book it again.

This wasn’t worth it. The food was cold, kind of dry, and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Not sure who dropped the ball, but it definitely didn’t feel fresh

"Parking was such a hassle"
The cruise itself was probably fine, but the parking situation really started things off on the wrong foot. We drove around for way longer than expected trying to figure out where to go, and there wasn’t much clear information to help. By the time we finally got parked, we were already stressed out. Did anyone else have the same issue with parking?

"Boarding was really confusing"
Boarding was kind of a mess, honestly. The email I got said one thing, but when I got to the gate it seemed like the staff were saying something else, so I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go. The lines were all over the place, directions kept changing, and nobody really seemed to have a clear plan. It just felt super unorganized and wasn’t the best way to start the trip.

"Timing was frustrating"
We were supposed to leave at our scheduled time, but the cruise ended up departing late. By the time we got back, it also felt like things were running behind, and no one really explained what was going on. I had dinner plans right after, so the delay made the rest of my evening more stressful than it should’ve been.

"Accessibility details were harder to get than expected"
Before I booked, I reached out to ask about accessibility accommodations because I wanted to make sure everything would work for me. I thought getting those details ahead of time would make the trip smoother, but the answers I got were limited and not as helpful as I’d hoped. By the time I arrived, I still felt unsure about what to expect, which made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. I didn’t feel fully included, i expected better communication.

"Weather updates were all over the place"
I booked a cruise and then the weather got bad, which I know can happen, but the whole backup plan was really confusing. I kept checking for updates, I felt like I had to keep chasing someone just to get a straight answer. By the time I finally got any real info, it was too late for me to change my plans. For what I paid, I expected much better communication about weather issues. Disappointing overall.

I’m not totally sure if it was just the night I went or maybe my mood, but the entertainment felt underwhelming. The music came across a bit flat, and most of the jokes didn’t really land for me...

"Nice boat, but the whole boarding process was a mess"
The boat itself was fine, but the crowd control was frustrating. Everyone was bunched up in lines, people kept blocking the walkways, and the staff didn’t really seem to know where to send us. On top of that, we had to keep verifying our tickets/details more than once, which got annoying fast. It made the whole trip feel way more stressful than it needed to be.

I had a decent experience overall, and the place had some nice things going for it. That said, the drink options were kind of limited, so I wish there had been a bit more variety to choose from.

I mentioned this already, but it kind of feels like nobody actually read my message. The live band was just not great, they sounded really rough, and it made it hard to enjoy the night.

"Frustrating lack of communication before the cruise"
We were leaving for our cruise and just needed someone to get back to us. Simple stuff, really. But nobody replied. Not before we left, not when we were trying to sort things out. It was really frustrating and made the whole lead-up way more stressful than it needed to be

"Nice enough ride, but I expected more for the price"
We had a decent time on the boat, and the staff were genuinely friendly, which I appreciated. But compared to other similar outings I’ve done, this one just didn’t feel like it matched the ticket price. The food was okay and the views were nice, but nothing really stood out enough to make it feel worth what we paid. I’m glad we tried it once, but I probably wouldn’t book it again.

The way it was described made it sound like the boat was clean and well looked after, but that really wasn’t my experience. The tables still had crumbs on them, the floor looked messy, and it just had that “not properly cleaned” feel as soon as we got on.
The bathrooms weren’t great either, which made the whole trip less enjoyable. For the price we paid, I expected a lot better, especially since the wording made it seem like everything would be kept in good condition

I took my kids expecting it to be a fun, family-friendly outing, but it really didn’t feel that way once we got there. It was crowded, kind of overwhelming, and not very kid-friendly at all. it felt like a bit of a bait and switch based on what I thought we were getting.

Expected better views for the price. Ride felt short, mostly the same river scenery, not much to actually see. Fine once, but I wouldn’t go again.

The crowds felt messy, and the security checks seemed sorta light to me. I was nervous for most of the trip and just couldn’t really relax.
